like. when i first moved and i could speak only english, i talked to people. but that scope was very limited. i could only speak to people from a certain age and background

but now that i can speak nicely in my daily life?? i get to share so much with people I wouldn’t normally get to. every time i share a chat or a joke with an employee of a store i’m at, or i have a morning talk with my boyfriend’s mom who knows only estonian and russian, my heart feels full because i just get to do this. i get to see a side of the country that i call my home that i didn’t get to see before. and i feel proud because!!! im speaking the worlds coolest language
